Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Abrelio ("we", "us") and govern your use of abrelio.com and the Abrelio application. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Abrelio on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. The service
Abrelio is a customer relationship management platform: contacts, leads, deals and pipelines, quotes, invoices, reports, automations, and the integrations described on our site. We continuously improve the product and may add, change, or retire features; if we retire something material to your plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Your account and workspace
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for what they do in it. Workspace admins control member access, roles, and data. Tell us immediately at security@abrelio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your data
The CRM data your team stores in Abrelio is yours. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display it in order to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data to CSV at any time on every plan. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you store about your own customers.
4. Plans, billing, and taxes
The Free plan costs nothing and includes 1 seat with the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly per seat through Stripe. Adding or removing seats is prorated automatically. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT or sales tax, which are added where required. If a renewal payment fails we retry and notify you; if it still fails after 14 days we may downgrade the workspace to the Free plan without deleting your data.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from Settings — no setup fees, no annual lock-in, and no cancellation calls. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial months. After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Abrelio to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, resell it without a partner agreement, or attempt to access other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the platform at risk — where practical we will warn you first and work with you to fix the issue.
7. Third-party services
If you connect third-party services (for example Google email sync or Meta lead forms), their terms and privacy policies also apply to those connections, and you authorize us to exchange data with them on your behalf. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes those providers make.
8. Availability and support
We operate the service with commercially reasonable care, monitor it around the clock, and publish status updates when incidents occur. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Support is included on every plan as described on the pricing page.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Abrelio software, brand, and site content; these terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
10. Disclaimer and liability
Abrelio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate or suspend the agreement for material breach if the breach is not cured within 14 days of notice, or immediately for serious abuse under section 6. Sections 3, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Changes to these terms and governing law
If we change these terms materially, we will notify workspace admins by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect; continued use after that date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Abrelio is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
