Billing FAQ

How much does Abrelio cost?

Abrelio is free for 1 seat, 100 contacts and 150 leads/deals. Starter is $10 per seat per month and Pro is $25 per seat per month. There are no setup fees and no annual lock-in — you can cancel anytime.

How do seats work?

A seat is one team member with their own login. The Free plan includes 1 seat; Starter and Pro include unlimited seats. On paid plans you can add or remove seats at any time and billing is prorated automatically.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start on the Free plan without a card and upgrade whenever your team is ready.

Can I export my data?

Always. You can export your contacts, deals, and notes to CSV at any time, on every plan — including Free. Your data is yours and is never sold.

What happens if I hit a limit?

We'll let you know before you hit any limit. You can upgrade instantly — no migration needed, your data stays exactly where it is.

Can I downgrade?

Yes. You can downgrade to Free at any time. If you have more data than the Free limit allows, you will need to reduce your records first.

Is there an annual discount?

Not at the moment. We keep pricing simple: monthly, per seat, no surprises.
